Every week, I go 'live' with a new Earth Prayers Meditation for our White Shell monthly members.  And once in a while I just want to share this with our whole community.

In these meditations, we use our breath and our awareness to bless life, Earth, and all existence through our presence.

We merge with and become the love for this place.  We discover and rediscover how much power and potential resides within us and through us.

In this particular meditation, we become the currents of the water flowing on the Earth and in our bodies, we receive and absorb the healing energy of the Sun and let it fill us up.  As a full vessel of light... this emits from us... and the currents reach the shores of this existence.

This is inspired by both personal and professional work that I have done with the "light body" and also shares some insight into the topic that we cover in our new course, Shamanic Pathways for Yoga at Shaman College.

This is such a beautiful and powerful yet simple practice, that shifts your reference point from a physical, solid form to an energetic body of light.

What happens for you when you walk your light body?  What does it feel like?  What does the world look like from there?  Who do you meet along your path?  What messages come?  What visions and visitations arise?

So often we trudge along in the illusion of being stuck in a form... yet our form is a reflection of our reference body of light.

Experiment with a playful invitation to your light body as you move through this world.

I know... it isn't the best advertisement for our college!  But, it is true... this path is not for everyone.  However, we have so many beautiful and powerful practitioners among us.

I am sharing this video blog and hoping that it is insightful and supportive for all of you.

Some of you may be currently feeling the 'push' and the challenge, or maybe you are wondering if this path is for you, or maybe you are actually wanting a training that is detailed, immersive and gradually deepening.

I feel that the shamans that are revealed here... see that their experience and the depth of their footsteps are an integral part of their power.

I do want to say something that didn't get shared in this video... and that is that these paths that you are on are sacred.  Sometimes, the ways we do things at Shaman College do not fit you exactly.  This is also OK.  There are many schools and apprenticeships in shamanism - we are by no means alone.  However, we do have...

... and the interrelationship of 'me' and 'we.

In this video, I share some insights about this movement from 'me' consciousness to 'we' consciousness and how important this is for both self-healing, healing others and assisting the whole planet.

One of the blessings of shamanic healing is the beautiful interrelationship of 'me' and 'we'.  The healing that comes for each individual arises through the web of connections.  This means that any individual healing both receives through the larger web and reciprocally contributes to the web of all life and all planes of existence.

Today, I am sharing a little bit about where we are as we enter this 3rd year breathing as Shaman College. 

As I look out from this vista point, I feel gratitude, wonder and also a sense of an unknown adventure ahead.

The main message, I have to share with you is ... THANK YOU and also, WE ARE HERE FOR YOU.

Please feel you can reach out at anytime, we are here to assist and support you on your path and to help rekindle any fires that you may feel have dampened.  This is why we are here.  We know you carry light, wisdom, and strength...  and that you are needed here at this time.

This week's blog is a guided meditation offering for you!

And follows perhaps on the momentum and reports that many have shared with me over the last few weeks about an increase in synchronous events.

Some maps in the past have gone from perhaps a 'flat-world' to a round world... but the maps that we can access are multi-dimensional. 

We are a part of a divine fabric of connections through the cardinal 4 directions, through up and down, through inwards and outwards, through all time, through portals, inversions, frequencies, spirals of light and more.

When you are ready to sit with this guidance, prepare your space and find a comfortable place to sit.  It is 20 minutes long... you may want to use headphones as there is a beautiful alpha music track behind the voice.

Thank you, as we all invite these infinite connections and directions - to guide us and support us.

Every week for over a year, I have led a new Earth Prayers meditation and shared it live through FaceBook, YouTube and lately through our Podcast channel.

These have been beautiful to offer.  However, sometimes, I wonder... 'oh should I go live today?'  or ' is this really received and needed?!'  But nonetheless, I show up... and offer these out to anyone who is there to join and receive.

This has been an amazing process of dedication and offering.  I never know exactly what is going to come out... but spirit always moves through and guides us.  Any doubt is relieved and the heart is expanded with you.

I am deeply grateful to all of you who have joined in at anytime in these meditations and blessings.  Thank you so very much.

The treatment mindset that exists widely in our cultures today involves fixing, solving and curing. And in this approach has often forgotten the life-force itself.   As if the power and strength in healing is determined by the 'great' minds to solve.

In shamanism we invite life in all of its cycles to reveal itself.  We invite assistance and spiritual guidance to come and help with the surfacing of this power and potential that exists in life at its very essence.

As contemporary shamans and practitioners, we must be aware of the paradigms of our 'treatment' world. We must remember the power in the posture of invitation. Many times clients will come to you wanting treatment, wanting to be healed and fixed.  And you may be able to help them... yet, not in the way that ignores the power in their own life force.

Let us  remember to "Invite Life".

This is a blog for those who are practicing shamanism for self-healing or for healing others.

At some point along the path, resistances are likely to arise.  Initiatory practices and journeys are the most obvious times, yet... any level, any circumstance, and anytime you may feel something that asks you to pause or provides a friction to your forward steps.

These may even become common within your work as you push beyond the boundaries and limitations of your mind and your ego.  You are likely being asked to drop more into your heart and surrender to the shamanism moving through you.

Here at Shaman College, as we mentor you, we will never ask you to do something that is beyond your ability, nor will we force you into any practice and never do we push you into those that may bring harm.  The challenges you feel are real... yet the safety that we practice here is also real.

Along with resistance, comes assistance. Honour what is happening and travel to your guides and...

This sharing is about relationship and harmonics.  It is about tuning in to the divine geometrics, vibrations, energetics and information that we know at a cellular level but that we can become blinded to by our cultural and collective consciousness.

This blog is about tuning ourselves with the assistance of the spirits, nature, and allies around us... to the frequencies from which the 'new' world can be seen and manifested.

Shamanic practice and the shamanic healers through all time of many different names, have been able to tune in to these frequencies, bridging the worlds.

Now, you are here... you are the bridge.  And you have spirit assistance.  We have each other as well.  Together, harmonics are created... you may think about how it takes the shaman, the client, the timing, the spirits and more to bring healing.  This allows our work to move beyond imagination.
