Through These 3 Portals Light is Seen - Earth Prayers

In this guided meditation, we use our breath and body awareness to open the 3 primary channels in our human form - the pelvis, the crown, and the heart to be the open place that light, love, and healing can flow.  The aspect that appears to be especially important is that we have a fine tuning ability to direct this love.
